  • 11 LBS: Not recommended for any caliber above 9mm.
  • 15 LBS: Best use all around for recoil management in most Glock pistols with standard ammunition of 115gr -124gr. (9mm)
  • 17 LBS: 124gr.- 145gr (9mm) and any extra power ammunition loading.
